A guide for families
We know this is a difficult time. Our role is to make one part of it simpler — creating memorial stationery that honours your loved one, and taking care of the details so you can focus on what matters. We can work with you directly, or alongside your funeral arranger, whichever suits you.
How to order

Browse our designs
Browse our gallery and note the sample number of a design you like, or tell us what you have in mind and we'll create something unique.

Place your order
Complete our simple online order form — it only takes a few minutes, and you can leave anything you're unsure of blank.
- 03
Share the details
Tell us about your loved one, the service, and the products and quantities you'd like.
- 04
Send photos and wording
Upload them with your order, or email them to us afterwards.
Don't have everything yet? That's fine — send what you have and we'll help with the rest.
Three working days
We need three full working days to process your order, design, proof, print and deliver. Orders move through a priority queue based on the service date, so the sooner we hear from you, the easier it is to schedule.
For example, for a Friday service we need your order by 9am Tuesday. Your stationery is delivered to the funeral home by close of business Thursday, or earlier if our schedule allows.
Need it sooner? Call us on 08 9387 4800 as early as you can and we'll do everything we can to meet your date.

Our prices include your design, proof revisions, printing and metro delivery. View pricing
Delivered on time
We deliver to the funeral home the day before the service, or earlier. Regional delivery is available on request.
Flexible invoicing
We can invoice the funeral home or your family directly.
